How to Use

Step 1 — Prepare the Meat
Turn the beef into ground meat and roll an appropriate amount into a meatball.

Step 2 — Position the Press
Place the press plate on top and hold it in position with the handle.

Step 3 — Lock the Handle
Rotate the handle to the right to secure the first locking position.

Step 4 — Tighten
Continue rotating the handle to the right to engage the second lock.

Step 5 — Press
