How do I know if my order is confirmed?

What if I'm not satisfied with the final product?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at puppycomfy@outlook.com. We'll do our best to make the change before your order is dispatched.
My order was damaged when it arrived. What now?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as we can.
If I change my mind am I able to cancel my order?
Yes — cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, free of charge.
After 24 hours, cancellations may be considered at our discretion and may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, as production may have already begun.
Orders that have already entered the printing stage cannot be cancelled.
