1. Return within 30 days of receipt if unsatisfied. Items must be unused with original packaging (tags, instructions, accessories included). Used, damaged, washed or altered items are not accepted.
2. Refund via original payment method within 3-5 business days after return approval and inspection.
3. Shipping cost: We cover it for quality issues (e.g., damage, malfunction); you cover it for non-quality issues (e.g., personal preference, wrong size).
